Blackstone Café & Bakery didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a table, a conversation, and a shared conviction that Metro Manila deserved a place where food was made with real intention — and where people actually felt like home.

Everything on our menu — from our artisan pizzas and handcrafted pasta to our baked goods and specialty coffee — is made from scratch, with care. We don’t do shortcuts. We do things the right way, because we believe the food you eat should reflect the effort someone put into making it.
