A name taken from stone and fire — a dream that took years to build
Blackstone Café & Bakery has been a family-owned dream since it was just an idea we held onto quietly for years, waiting for the right moment to build it. We’re on Buendia in Pasay, Metro Manila, and our desire is to honor God through honest work, genuine hospitality, and food made with care. Blackstone offers a warm, welcoming space where everyone is treated like family and enjoys wood-fired pizza, handcrafted pasta, fresh baked goods, and specialty coffee. The name comes from the heart of the kitchen: a wood-fired oven built from stone, where dough meets flame and comes out as something worth gathering around.
Blackstone is the culmination of years of brainstorming, years of dining at countless restaurants, years of R&D, travel, culinary school, and hard work — every recipe on our menu carries a piece of that journey. We believe good food is a gift, made the honest way, in a room built for people to slow down, sit for a while, and actually be together. We hope Blackstone becomes a place where you feel God’s love in every visit, forming good memories around good food. Salamat!
